Returns + Exchanges

Eligibility window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery; request must be raised within this window with your order ID.

Item condition
Items must be unused, unrolled, and in original packaging with all tags/labels intact; items showing wear, stains, odors, or damage are not eligible.

Non‑returnable items
Custom/personalized rugs, cut‑to‑size pieces, clearance/final‑sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping
If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, a prepaid label or reverse pick‑up may be provided; otherwise, return shipping is customer‑paid. Oversize rugs may incur actual carrier charges.

How to start
Email [returns@wovenhome.com] with order ID, reason, and photos (unopened/unused item and packaging). Wait for authorization and instructions before sending any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Exchanges
Fastest method: return the item (upon approval) and place a new order; exchanges are subject to stock availability and price differences.

Refund method
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method or store credit per your preference; shipping fees are non‑refundable unless Wovenhome was at fault. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Damages/shortage on delivery
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with unpacking photos/videos so a replacement or remedy can be arranged.

Large/oversize rugs
For bulky items, return logistics may require special pickup and packaging standards; charges vary by size/weight and location.

Packaging requirements
Use original inner wrap, corner protectors, and outer carton/tube; items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may be ineligible.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; once shipped, please initiate a return after delivery. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
