Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days for in‑stock rugs; custom or made‑to‑order items may require 3–5 weeks before dispatch, as noted on product pages.
Delivery timelines
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and carrier capacity; remote areas may take longer. Tracking will be shared by email/SMS when shipped.
Shipping fees
Offer free shipping thresholds or flat rates clearly at checkout; oversized or heavy rugs may attract large‑parcel surcharges shown before payment. International orders may incur duties/taxes payable by the receiver.
Service areas
Domestic: list supported serviceable pincodes/regions; undeliverable addresses will be notified for alternate arrangements or a full refund. International: list supported countries, any restrictions, and typical transit ranges.
Order changes and address corrections
Address changes are possible before dispatch; once shipped, carriers may charge reroute/redelivery fees that will be billed to the customer if due to incorrect address.
Oversized and special handling
Large carpets may require scheduled delivery, stair carry, or special packaging; carrier fees vary by size/weight and location, shared during checkout or via email if assessed post‑order.
Delays and force majeure
Seasonal peaks, weather events, or carrier constraints can cause delays; estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed but will be updated via tracking and notifications.
Lost, missing, or damaged in transit
Report non‑receipt or visible damage within 48 hours of delivery attempt with photos of the outer packaging, labels, and product to enable a carrier claim and swift replacement/resolution.
Split shipments
Orders with multiple items or sizes may ship separately with distinct tracking numbers; no extra charge if created by Wovenhome for logistics reasons.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international)
Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Click‑and‑collect or studio pickup (optional)
If offered, customers will receive pickup instructions and a time window; valid ID and order confirmation are required at collection.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch; after shipment, please refer to Returns & Exchanges for guidance once the item is delivered.
